Backer-Exclusive Furniture Unlocked!

Things are really taking off now - 61% funded! Not only that, both the goal for Twitter pin retweets and Facebook trailer shares have passed their first goal, which together have unlocked the next Backer Challenge reward - a unique piece of furniture for all backers! The design is in progress, so it will likely be nicer than the chair seen in the rewards ;)

Backer Exclusive gauntlet is next! It'll give you a small early game boost to your mining/tilling/watering speeds if we can unlock it!

Light Break

My favorite out of this list, LightBreak is an art-focused, narrative-driven musical game. Discover the story of Ava, a young traveler who has experienced numerous adventures and now returns home to recount her tales to her mother. Ava, however, has lost her voice, and due to her mother’s blindness, she cannot rely on visual storytelling. Ava’s one form of communication with her mother is via the powerful musical instrument she wields.

Dwarve

Dwerve is a tower defense dungeon crawler RPG. It tells the story of a young dwarven tinkerer named Dwerve who adventures into dwarven ruins to unearth the lost technologies of the ancient warsmiths: turrets and traps. These are the only weapons that can protect the dwarves from the Witch Queen Vandra the Wicked and her army of bloodthirsty trolls and monstrous creatures.

There Is No Light

Going a little bit darker in theme, we have There Is No Light. Explore different locations of the Underworld. Fight your way through hordes of monsters, defeat deadly bosses and find a way to the light which has been taken away by the Church of the Great Hand.

I won't post a gif from their page as the theme has some light gore which may disturb some of you since One Lonely Outpost is so much lighter in tone, but the pixel art is beautiful and the gameplay looks very cool, so if this sounds like your thing please check them out!

It's happening! 

Hey awesome backers, we've made it past the half-way mark and are at 57% now! just look at how excited little QWERTY is!

Thank you so much for pledging and for sharing with your friends and communities - Together we'll bring this game to life and save little QWERTY!

Backer Challenge is kicking in!

We've also updated the Backers Challenge - now all tiers throughout the Backers Challenge are easier to attain! (see below for updated chart) 

And speaking of, two goals have just been met - the first goal for Instagram and for Facebook page likes! This means that  ALL backers of any tier now will get an exclusive hat (design in progress) which will only ever be available to them. This is a thank you for helping spread the word - keep it up to unlock more awesome stuff for Backers exclusively!

We are only 8 Facebook Trailer shares away from the first goal there, and 16 twitter pinned post shares away from the first goal there too - we get those and a piece of Backer exclusive furniture will also be unlocked for ALL backers!

On a personal note (Brad, Project Lead here) - I also have to apologize for the lack of updates till now. Laura, the writer for One Lonely Outpost, had surgery complications. Due to COVID, I had to fight the hospital via phone for a week while she was in too much pain to self-advocate to get her the treatment she needed. Fortunately she did get the care she needed and is now home and recovering well. As such I will be able to give this project the attention it needs to succeed finally!
